Finally, found (found?) both some time and proper stuff to enlarge my vocabulary on equestrian topics. I need so badly to make it work.

I'm going to start with a retelling a short article that actually gave me a lot of words to begin with. You may see the title above.

In fact, they don't mean only dressage riders though they make example of them. But these trainings can be useful for anyone: everyday riders and top rider elite whether you take part in a competition in dressage or in a cross-country course. Body awareness of a rider can be crucial and demands a holistic approach according to training needs. It's not good to interfere with the horse's balance if you can not to do it. And it defenitely can transform wour riding for good.

Speaking of dressage, due to body position I think to consider core stability is important. When you're on the horse training some dressage stuff like a canter pirouette or a piaffe you can easily see how core strength and ability to give a hand without affecting your body can influence your riding.

In general, I find this tendency quite attractive because that is how we start to consider equestrian sport as a more complicated and holistic procces.

Recently I have had a similar idea.... like why we have neither any warming up before nor after, especcially we all understand what a complicated process equastrian sport is. But it is so easily ignored by most of trainers and sportsmen.

I believe this to be an interesting experience but at the same time I'm against giving too much attention to things that should be only supportive means.

Partly, I do express my opinion on the body awareness of each rider.
Partly, I make myself use new expressions and notions.
